Breadliner was founded by John McCrane in 2022. The brand was born out of a deep appreciation of our forebears and the trials they endured to see us through to today. Breadliner hats are inspired by the perseverance, spirit, and style with which our ancestors met their challenges.
Utilizing tools and techniques that date back more than a century, each hat is made meticulously by hand using the finest materials available.
In the spirit of doing the best we can with what's at hand, the constituents of each hat are made in house on vintage, hand powered equipment (including our genuine Roane leather sweatbands).
It is Breadliner's hope that our hats will assist you to boldly embody the best qualities of those who came before.
