The Yellowbelly Western Hat

This hat is made from mustard yellow, western weight rabbit fur felt with hand-shaped telescopic crown and brim. The brim measures approximately 3 inches and is blocked with an upturn on each side and downturn in the front and back.
Roan leather sweatband is custom fit into each hat and hand sewn. A brown grosgrain hatband embellishes the outside of the crown and is edged along the brim.

A satin liner is included. See last picture for example.

Our Hat Making Process:
Breadliner hats are made using legacy techniques, and old fashioned equipment. Our carefully selected felts are blocked on custom made hat blocks. Each constituent is made in house, and stitched into place by fastidious hands.


Our Sizes:
7 - fits up to a 22 inch head circumference
7 1/8 - fits up to a 22.5 inch head circumference
7 3/8 - fits up to a 23" head circumference
7 1/2 - fits up to a 23.5" head circumference
7 5/8 - fits up to a 24" head circumference
